Fleet operations platform rebuild
Replaced a decade-old monolith with a service-based platform handling live dispatch, routing, and driver compliance for a national fleet.

Devliora designs, builds, and hardens production software for enterprise teams — APIs, platforms, and the infrastructure that keeps them connected under real load.
Every engagement moves through the same disciplined stages — nothing skipped, nothing improvised.
Built by people who get paged when it breaks.

Illustrative client examples — public case studies are in progress.
We take on the parts of enterprise software that are hardest to get right the first time, and hardest to unwind if they go wrong.
Internal developer platforms, service scaffolding, and golden paths that let product teams ship without reinventing infrastructure each time.
Contract-first REST and event-driven APIs, versioning strategy, and integration layers that hold up under multi-team, multi-vendor load.
Legacy modernization and cloud migration executed in reversible stages, with data integrity and uptime treated as non-negotiable.
Infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines built for repeatable, auditable deployments at scale.
Threat modeling, access control, audit logging, and hardened authentication built into the system, not bolted on afterward.
Caching strategy, load testing, and observability that keep latency low and SLAs intact as traffic and complexity grow.
We are engineers first. That shapes every decision we make, long before a client ever sees the interface.
One team designs the database, the API, and the interface, so decisions made on day one don't become someone else's problem on day ninety.
Clean architecture, end to end
Authentication, rate limiting, and audit trails ship with every system we build, not added after a client asks for them.
Every mutation is logged and traceable
Caching, token rotation, and failure handling are built assuming something will eventually go wrong, so recovery is fast when it does.
15-minute token expiry, automatic rotation
Small, verifiable commits and CI checks mean you can see exactly what changed and why, at any point in the project's history.
Full commit history, no black boxes
Four stages, applied in order, every time. Predictability is part of what we are selling.
We map the domain, the constraints, and the failure modes before writing a line of code. Assumptions get tested, not inherited.
Architecture, data model, and API contracts are drafted and reviewed together, so the system is coherent before it exists.
Small, verifiable increments ship on a visible cadence. Every change is tested, reviewed, and deployable on its own.
We stay through launch and beyond, monitoring, hardening, and handing off documentation your team can actually use.
A sample of the platforms, migrations, and integrations we have shipped for teams that could not afford downtime.
Platform Engineering
Meridian Logistics
Replaced a decade-old monolith with a service-based platform handling live dispatch, routing, and driver compliance for a national fleet.
System Migration
Northbridge Health
Migrated a legacy on-premise records system to a cloud-native architecture with zero downtime and full audit compliance.
API Design & Integration
Verity Payments
Designed a contract-first settlement API connecting six banking partners, processing transactions with strict idempotency guarantees.
Internal Platform
Devliora
Designed and built end to end, with the same architecture patterns, security defaults, and caching strategy we apply for clients.
Logistics & Fleet Management — Meridian Logistics
Problem
A 12-year-old monolith could not handle real-time dispatch at scale. Peak-hour requests were timing out, and every deploy risked downtime during active routes.
Approach
We decomposed the monolith into bounded services, introduced Redis-backed caching for hot routing data, and shipped changes behind feature flags with zero-downtime rollout.
Result
The new platform handled peak load with room to spare, and deploys became routine instead of risky.

Financial Services — Verity Payments
Problem
Manual reconciliation across six banking partners was error-prone and slow, and a prior integration attempt had caused duplicate settlements under load.
Approach
We designed a contract-first API with strict idempotency keys, per-partner rate limiting, and full audit logging on every settlement event.
Result
Reconciliation time dropped from days to minutes, with a complete audit trail for every transaction.

We are early in building out public case studies from named clients. In the meantime, here is exactly what you can expect from working with us.
Every engagement includes hardened authentication, audit logging, and rate limiting from day one, not as a paid add-on.
Every inquiry gets a substantive reply within two business days, with a clear next step, not an automated acknowledgment.
You get access to the real commit history and CI results throughout the build, not a status update once a week.
You own the code, the infrastructure config, and the documentation. Leaving us should never be harder than staying.
Share a few details about your project and one of our engineers will respond within 48 hours with a clear, honest read on scope, timeline, and approach.
